Terms of Service

• Service: the Idylle web application and its features (wedding planning, digital vault, guest management, budget, AI assistant, etc.).
• User: any individual holding an account or using the interactive demo mode.
• Publisher: Idylle.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 years and older) and unconditionally accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

Idylle is an online wedding planning tool providing: interactive dashboard, guest list and budget tracking, notes and digital document vault, Big Day timeline, conversational AI wedding assistant, PDF exports, and optional timeline sharing.

The service currently contains no commercial tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Access to the account is provided via Google OAuth or email and password (Supabase Auth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree to provide a valid email address and accurate information during onboarding. One account per couple is recommended for optimal data consistency.

A "Try with an example" demo mode enables testing the Service without creating an account. Data is stored locally on your device via localStorage and is not synchronized to our servers. A live sign-in (Google or email) clears demo data. Demo mode is provided for evaluation purposes only.

• Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Do not infringe on third-party rights (notably entering guest data without a valid lawful basis).
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, bypass security measures, or circumvent usage limits.
• Do not upload unlawful or malicious content, viruses, or unsupported files (only PNG and PDF files up to 10 MB are accepted in the vault).
• Do not intentionally overload the infrastructure (e.g., automated abuse of the AI API).

You are solely responsible for information regarding your wedding guests that you enter into the Service. You warrant that you have the necessary authorizations and agree to comply with GDPR and privacy laws with respect to these individuals.

The Idylle AI assistant utilizes third-party large language models. Responses are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Daily usage limits may apply. In demo mode (without an account), an offline simulator may respond in place of the live API.

You may generate a public share link for your wedding day timeline. Anyone with this link can view the event times, locations, and milestones you have made public, without accessing the rest of your account.

You are responsible for distributing this link. You may regenerate or revoke access at any time from the application settings.

The Service, trademarks, UI design, and source code remain the exclusive property of Idylle or its licensors. You retain ownership of your content. You grant the Publisher a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to host and run the Service on your behalf.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance operations, updates, or third-party infrastructure outages may cause temporary interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idylle shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of unsaved data, lost profits, or emotional distress) resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

You can delete your account and all associated personal data and vault documents at any time from the Settings section.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a material violation of these Terms, with prior notice whenever practicable.

These Terms may be revised from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought in priority by contacting IdylleApp1@gmail.com.
